Welcome to Voultra Homes Pvt. Ltd. (“Voultra Homes”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voultra Homes website, mobile application, digital platforms, and related products and services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. About Voultra Homes
Voultra Homes Pvt. Ltd. provides real-estate and/or home-related products and services through its Platform and other business channels.
The specific products, properties, projects, services, prices, availability, specifications, and applicable conditions may vary and will be communicated through the relevant product, property, booking, quotation, or service documentation.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent that:
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
The information provided by you is accurate and complete;
You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws; and
You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. User Account
Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current information;
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Keeping your account information updated;
All activities carried out through your account; and
Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Voultra Homes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Property and Service Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the Platform is accurate and current.
However, property information, images, floor plans, dimensions, specifications, amenities, availability, pricing, timelines, and other details may be subject to change.
Images, photographs, illustrations, renders, floor plans, and other visual materials may be provided for representational or illustrative purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final specifications and terms applicable to a property or service shall be determined by the relevant official documentation, agreement, quotation, booking form, or other contractual document.
5. Enquiries and Communications
When you submit an enquiry, request a callback, register your interest, or otherwise provide your contact information, you authorize Voultra Homes and its authorized representatives or service providers to contact you regarding your enquiry, property, project, service, booking, or related information.
Communications may be made through telephone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, or other available communication channels, subject to applicable law.
You may opt out of promotional communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Bookings and Payments
Where the Platform allows property or service bookings, all bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Voultra Homes.
A payment made through the Platform does not automatically create a final sale, purchase, lease, service, or other contractual relationship unless and until the applicable transaction is accepted and confirmed in accordance with the relevant agreement.
Prices, booking amounts, payment schedules, taxes, fees, and other charges will be communicated to the customer through the applicable transaction documents.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms of the applicable booking form, quotation, agreement, or other contractual document.
Where the terms of a specific signed agreement differ from the general Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully.
You must not:
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Impersonate another person or entity;
Use another user's account without authorization;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
Use automated systems to scrape or collect information without authorization;
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission;
Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities;
Submit content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful; or
Attempt to circumvent any security or access-control mechanism.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
Company names and logos;
Brand elements;
Text and written content;
Photographs and images;
Graphics and illustrations;
Videos;
Floor plans and designs;
Software and application features;
Website design and layout; and
Other materials
is owned by or licensed to Voultra Homes Pvt. Ltd., unless otherwise stated.
You may access and use such content only for personal and legitimate use of the Platform.
You may not reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission.
10. User-Submitted Content
If you submit reviews, feedback, comments, photographs, documents, enquiries, or other content through the Platform (“User Content”), you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit such content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Voultra Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, process, store, and display such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, or provide our services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment gateways, communication platforms, maps, analytics services, or other services.
Voultra Homes does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Availability of the Platform
We aim to keep the Platform available and functional; however, we do not guarantee that it will always be:
Available without interruption;
Free from errors;
Free from viruses or other harmful components; or
Compatible with every device or operating system.
We may temporarily suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical reasons, or other legitimate business purposes.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Voultra Homes does not guarantee that all information displayed on the Platform will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a guarantee of property appreciation, investment return, future value, rental income, possession date, construction timeline, or financial outcome unless expressly stated in a legally binding agreement.
Users should independently verify important property, financial, legal, technical, and contractual information before entering into a transaction.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voultra Homes Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from or relating to your use of the Platform.
This may include loss of data, business opportunities, profits, revenue, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voultra Homes Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform;
Information or content submitted by you;
Your violation of the rights of another person or entity; or
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
16. Suspension and Termination
Voultra Homes may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if:
You violate these Terms;
You engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity;

We discontinue the relevant Platform or service.
Termination of Platform access does not automatically cancel or terminate any separate contractual agreement unless expressly provided under that agreement.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge the processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
Voultra Homes Pvt. Ltd. may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions contained in the applicable agreement between you and Voultra Homes.
Where no separate agreement specifies jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at [City, State, India], subject to applicable law.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable booking form, quotation, agreement, or other contractual document, constitute the terms governing your use of the Platform and the relevant services.
Specific contractual documents may contain additional terms that apply to particular properties, products, bookings, or services.
